To the people giving laudatory comments to Obsidian and Bethesda your part of the problem. Low company standards and folks doing nothing are why these companies survive. If these clowns had any type of penalty for releasing a product like this they would be bankrupt right now. My first step was contacting the BBB, while they can only grade these companies these grades will affect overall public awareness. I have also asked Bethesda/Obsidian for an RMA and refund. On a side note there are plenty of pro bono (free) legal eagles out there ready to jump in, just dont ask for anything in the settlement and it wont cost you a dime, the legal folks get to keep the winnings and Bethesda/Obsidian pays, i submitted my complaint 3 hours ago. Just my little bit of revenge.


So get hot, invoke your consumer rights and make these clowns pay. Of course if your fine with this mess then let it slide.

FYI, I am not a Moderator on these forums. I am just a citizen who enjoys tinkering with PCs, playing some games, and doing my little bit to see if anyone else needs a little help to do the same things that I enjoy doing. I happen to like to see things done the right way. Yours was not the right way.

I'm right there with you. After spending all day yesterday figuring out how to actually PLAY the game, now I've lost 4 hours of playtime to some stupid bug that deletes saves.

Yeah, if you need help, or have something useful to offer the forums, feel free to make a thread. But ranting and making attempts to organize a petition or whatever - don't do that.
