HH loads up fine, the quest and location show up in my Pipboy. But when I try to fast travel to any location, it says I can't currently fast travel. I tried the staff tip of re-verufying my files and I get "1 files failed to validate and will be re-acquired". What am I supposed to do next? The staff tip said to delete .ini files and re-verify. Where do I find the .ini files and how do I delete?
