I was wondering if you decapitate someone can you still use raise zombie on him, would be cool and creepy to have headless zombie thralls

I love it when I still find threads about stuff I haven't tried yet! I know what I will be doing tonight! Dead Thralls are pretty awesome. A headless one would be pure awesomeness!

God, now I wanna know.

Another bonus question, tangentally related to the first: does the one-handed perk that increased the power of standing power attacks also effect crouching, stealthed power attacks? Because I really wanna take that decapitating perk and stealthed power attacks are my primary means of offense.
