Hooded robes : V

Hey guys, I was wondering where I could find some black hooded robes. Have any of you guys found these? If so, where?

Only ones I've seen so far are the Thalmor robes.

I just saw a master vampire with one but his was enchanted. The UESP says that there are some as well.

Maybe try Radiant Raiments in Solitude. I don't know if the stuff they sell is random.
I saw a hoodless unenchanted black robe there last time I checked. And a green cowl too.

I tried the cowl but looks pretty funky lol. But what would look good for a hood if there is no hooded black robe?

Im pretty sure thats a randomly generated item...Your best chance of finding one is to find necromancers, conjurers, and vampires. they are usually in black robes and sometimes they are hooded. "boss" mages often have hooded robes or a separate hood.

A black robe with an Alik'r hood looks pretty cool (buy both in the Solitude clothes store) or the DB hood.
