about making the best possible robe for a mage

Hi. I'm playing a mage character, and I'm struggling in planning my skill peaks. I'm not going to train light & heavy armor, I wish to use robes all the way. From this website (http://www.gamefront.com/skyrim-best-possible-equipment-guide/), I learnt that if I want to make the best possible armor I should get:

5/5 Enchanter and Insightful Enchanter for the Enchantment skill
5/5 Alchemist and Benefactor for the Alchemy skill
a full set of perks for the weapon/armor you expect to craft and enchant

But I have a few questions about the perks:

In general:
What's the definition of armor? Besides light & heavy armor, does it include robes & clothes?
Can robes & clothes be enchanted with any effects?

In smithing:
Arcane Blacksmith: You can improve magical weapons and armor.
What are magical weapons and armor? Are they enchanted items or what?

In enchanting:
Corpus Enchanter: Health, magicka, and stamina enchantments are 25% stronger.
Can robes be enchanted with health, magicka, and stamina?

It's really difficult to plan well my character. If I'm not going to make the best robe for my mage, my skills would be organized in this way:
http://uk.ign.com/builds/the-elder-scrolls-5-skyrim?d=00000000000000000010111111111111211100000011111202020111111111101110020000000000005111100001000001111000000000000000000000000005011100321000000000000000000000000500000111
Besides decent magic spells (not including alternative spells), I wish to learn sneaking & single-hand weapons. I want to asassinate targets with my dual-wielded daggers and my sneak skill. I will add 3 more points to Bladesman for my dual-wielding swords combat, as pure mage is too boring. I will get smithing & enchanting skills to improve my daggers & swords as well. If I need some perk points for alchemy for the best possible robe, I'm willing to give up some points from Bladesman & some of the magic skills. How do you think?

If you can wear it, it can be enchanted. The only restrictions to enchanting are that certain enchantments can only be placed on certain body part items, but it doesn't matter whether your hand slot is equipped with gloves or gauntlets.

As a mage you don't have to wear robes exclusively either. You can pick any clothing you can wear and enchant it to be mage friendly.

So what do I need to get in perks if I want to get the best clothes/robes?
Do I need Arcane Blacksmith in Smithing skills to improve clothes/robes with enchantments?
Do I need Corpus Enchanter in Enchanting skills?

Clothes are not considered armor, as such you cannot "smith" them and they don't count twoards any bonuses to armor enchanting.

However you can enchant them just fine, if they aren't enchanted already (I'm pretty sure the "Two effects" thing you get when you max out Enchanting is simply for enchantments you make yourself).

Oh and BTW, Arcane Blacksmith just lets you improve already exsisting enchanted weapons and armors with ingots (aka making a steel sword into a "fine" steel sword, etc). It has no effects on clothes, because obviously you can't improve clothes smithing wise.

The only thing you need to worry about to get the best robes in the game is to simply destroy an already powerful exisitng enchantment (preferably one that already has two effects, so you can stack it), and apply it to whatever you want. It was under my impression though that all the best robes in the game you get from quests anyways, which means it'll be useless to try and enchant them yourself (as whatever you enchant will never be as good as whatever the quest-robe can give you).

Are you sure that I can't make robes/clothes that is better than the quest reward robes?

yes yes and yes.

umm... I no longer need to spare any perk points for better robes/clothes. My character would be fun.
This is my last plan for my character's skill perks:
http://uk.ign.com/builds/the-elder-scrolls-5-skyrim?d=00000000000000000011111111111111211100000011111202120111111111100000020000000000005111100001000001111000000000000000000000000005011110321000000000000000000000000500000111
I don't need restoration spells that is better than novice level, healing is just enough for what I want.
My character is a vampire, stacking with sneaking bonus, illusion spell bonus, and dual cast in illusion, it would be hyper fun.
Daggers & swords are another entertainment besides destruction spells.
If I'm dying, just summon some pets to the battlefeld and escape, invisible, sneaking, healing, last hit enemy with swords :DDDDD
