Which of these groups victory's would most hinder the Thalmor occupation?

That's not to say which group would stand the best chance against the Thalmor because, everyone knows only a united force of all groups and races would be able to topple the dominion.

I'm just asking which group's victory (in this game) would wound the Thalmor.
