From the outside the cities of Windhelm and Solitude look big and fortified which give u the idea that both are well organised.
Before I visited any of these cities I was leaning towards joining the rebellions (aka Stormcloaks) because the point they make which convince me, is to fight for indepence against an empire that ignores their requests. Besides it sounds like they dont treat them with respect..
But when I started exploring Windhelm by talking with the people and observing the surroundings, my respect towards the rebellion became less. Because the city looks like a mess, the people who are no nords are treated like second-hand citizens and the "High-Kind" Ulfric doenst care about it..
Than when I saw Solitude it was like a fairy tale. A city high on the cliffes, reaching on the high mountains. Upon entering it feels like u enter a paradise. No citizens are treated second-hand where people look happy in where u can see things are good organised.
But than again when I speak to Ulfric (the king of Windhelm) he speaks with so much conviction like William Wallice of Braveheart. U start to think about his motives to fight for freedom in Skyrim, which cause me to come back at my previous thoughts about joining the Stormcloacks.
So as u can see iam stuck between the duality of good vs evil or is it evil vs good?
In my case I get confused which faction to choose, thats why i ask u guys what to chose is best and why do u think that it is?
