I don't get it..

Why do so many people seem to want to go to a new province in a DLC? Personally I'd prefer to wait for an entirely new ES game to take place there, that way they can spend more time developing it and really perfect the whole feel of the place and add lots of content. I support going back to Morrowind or Cyrodil in a DLC, but I'd prefer to wait for a new game to go to a new province. What do you all think?

I'd like to see a full-fledged Daedric realm like Shivering Isles.

I really don't care where we go.

I just want something different to be added.

Like how werewolves were in the Morrowind expansion. That was different.

But we already know what the places we've already been to are like. Ok, yeah, seeing them all dolled up would be interesting, but then everyone will freak out because they changed stuff, or it doesn't look like how they imagined it would look in hd...

My only concern would be to go to Elswyr- part of me thinks it would be really cool, but another part of me fears it'll be some weird bastard child of Avatar and that ridiculous panda expansion for WoW... Plus there' s the bizarre Antonio Banderas accents all the Khajits have now, so they're all really puss n boots in an unsettling way. Except for Mai'q the Liar who still talks like he did in Oblivion...

Whilst I liked Shivering Isles, I felt it was too insular and disconnected from the rest of the game so I'd rather avoid yet another series of bubble realm DLC packs (like we saw in the Fallout games) and go for material that expands the world, integrates better with the rest of the game and furthers the story of the Dragonborn.

Perhaps people have been reading into this picture a little too much.

As for visiting a new province, i personally hope Bethesda leaves them out of any DLC and gives them their own game in future.

Because I'd rather see something new than something old with a face-lift.

Though, technically, there isn't anywhere in Tamriel that could be put into a game that would be "new," as Arena had all of it from the start.

New provinces should be left there for new games.
