Quest that does not have a close.

Warning spoilers
I started this quest called The Forsworn Conspiracy. It started out with me looking into a murder's which got bigger and bigger. Upon returning to the temple I find that the town guard is in on it and murdered the priest which they blamed on me. S I kill them and then the town guard is after me. So I go to jail which started " No one Escapes Cidhna mine. I find out that the guards framed many of the prisoners here to so I supported the breakout and they kill the town guard (night shift). I thought that the quest is over but the (day shift) guard came out and is trying to arrest me for conspiring against the Jarl.

I mean do I need to wipe out the whole town or something to get this to end?

O one more thing, I am playing this on my xbox

I'm not sure,
Spoiler
but if you would have killed the man who told you to go kill someone else in there and had not "supported" the Forsworn, it would have ended the quest when you found your way back in Markarth. You would have in turn saved the city and had been given a reward from a person in the city.

Yea that is true but. The problem is that the town guard was even more corrupted than the Forsworn. I mean they tried to stop me, threatened me and went as far as to kill the priest who had a kid on the way and pinned it on me As well as the other murders. All so they could keep this little game of there's going. They would through innocent people in prison to mine silver for the corrupt Blood and silver group that owned the town.
I mean it just reminded me of a lot of stuff that is going on in the real world and I was like Hell NO. Those guards have to pay. They portrayed the people of the town and would have kept on doing it.
Plus I would have been rewarded by the same guy that was making all the trouble in the first place.
I feel much better wiping out the :flamethrower: corrupt guards.

Well, it just ends up being that the
Spoiler
Forsworn are Empire Guards and if you would have killed Madanach, you were supporting the Nords/Stormcloaks. Thonar Silverblood is a part of the Nord Alliance, and killing Madanach provides justice for the killing of his wife.
I suppose it just ends up who you think is right here. :)

Its a very well know glitch that if you side with the forsworn leader he says he will clear your name but it doesnt register in game that he has so the guards keep coming after you.
