I am lev52 and i never found more than 22. svcks.

There is an exploit you can use to get more, but otherwise, they tend to be pretty rare. Sometimes vendors have them, but it takes a good amount of traveling to get a hefty stack.

They're far too rare for their utility. However, all daedric items pretty much don't exist outside of crafting. In 50+ levels I found one piece of daedric kit & ~20 arrows.

I have found the most daedric arrows at a time in dwemer ruins inside of dwemer centurions. There are usally on average between 8 and ten for me.

Bound bow always gives you 100 Daedric arrows.

Since I can't craft them, I thought I'd hand a couple to an archery follower and see if they could multiply them as they shoot. Somewhat of an exploit but not as bad as the practice-range bit.

This only sort of works. Luckily giving I've arrow to a follower gives them unlimited arrows!

I have quire a few now, I've been hording them for important quests while relying on the plentiful ebony arrows for general use.

...Why can't I craft arrows again?

This is why I love pc, someone made a mod so you can make arrows. The recipe is something like 1 metal ignot of what you want to make, 5 firewood, and 3 hawk, hagraver feathers, or 3 quills. For a stack of 50 daedric are something like 2 ebony ignots, 6 feathers (which makes two bundle of fletching), 1 daedra heart and 10 firewood. That gives 100.
