The more i play the game the more i appreciate it.

I realise there's been loads of i love Skyrim threads, but i just wanted to add my own voice to the throng. (i'l make it quick i promise)

It took me up to patch 1.3 to actually to be able to play the game properly without crashes or lag, but once i did i've been slowly coming to appreciate Skyrim as possibly the best game i have played to date.

The vast majority of my fears have been chucked away as i play, the finishing moves didn't turn out to be boring as they are random and don't happen every time, the cities are small (i do wish they were bigger) but i also found them to be packed full of things to do and to be visually stunning, i didn't want dragon shouts at first but after using them i couldn't play without them now, but is the attention to detail throughout that is the most reassuring and pleasing aspect of Skyrim, nobody loved Oblivion more than me but i feel Skyrim improved in almost all area's.

After having played the game for a while now i can tell it's been a labour of love, you've offered more than most games can dream of and i look forward to every last expansion pack and scrap of DLC i can get my tentacles on. (and that's coming from someone who usually hates all DLC)

Thank you for the great game.

Certainly more complaint threads than love.

I am genuinely impressed by this game as well, especially in an age where most games last you 8 or 9 hours on single player and then leaves the longevity of the game down to multiplayer.

I actually really appreciate a deep, involved, world with character that can completely involve you, and I'm glad this game has done it well enough to prove that there is a big big market for this type of game.

The technical bugs such as freezing, save game corruption, lag etc.. well hopefully will get sorted eventually.

Same here. Everytime I feel like the excitement is wearing off something new and unexpected happens and I have that day 1 feeling again.
