Like the title says the eagle eye perk isnt working anyone else having this problem?

I'm having the same issue. I hold block with the bow equipped and nothing happens.

Do you have an arrow pulled back? otherwise all you do is a push with the bow.

You have to draw an arrow first, did you do that?

yup, get out ur bow, get an arrow ready, then hold block button to zoom in.

its just like in real life, u cant aim a bow without heaving an arrow ready ^^

I can't speak for OP, but this happens when I have the arrow nocked.

It also requires stamina. If you don't have any, you won't zoom in.

yes i have the bow fully drawn and with plenty of stamina

It could be the result of having altered button configurations. I had the same problem, but found the block button had moved to the E button (whereas before it was on the B or V key). Try pressing other keys.
