I personally think that any and all single peeps in the game should be mate material. IE...the chick in Whiterun that talks about how she is not going to let a man come in between her and her little girl. You should be able to do a quest for her that wins her affection. then like usual, get a necklace of Mara and "boom" married. so what if you have to take on baggage with the deal....you got the gold for child support. And on that note...If you have criminal record like having bounties, bandits should not be so hostile...that way you can marry a thug fo' life chick. JMO.
