All Natural weather NOT changing?!

Post » Wed Nov 04, 2009 10:32 pm

So I went through about at least 72 hours of in-game time, waiting for about 4 hours at a time. The weather was always EXACTLY the same at each time of the day for 3 days straight. I was doing this in the first place so I could get a storm so I could test whether the Storms and Sounds thunder/rain sounds were better or OSSO's sounds. OSSO claims to have higher quality sounds.

Anyway, this is rather frustrating as I have no idea why it is happening. I have turned off weather unsticker in Streamline, as I *think* All Natural uses scripts for the weather and therefore weather unsticker should be disabled?

Any help would be much appreciated, rather strange problem.

Thank you!

can't help with streamline but you can test Storms & Sound with the console command:
startquest stormtest

edit: actually, that is the best way to test. you get the right weather.

Thanks, just tested it and I can say for sure that OSSO's weather sounds are much better than Storms and Sounds. You still get those lightning strikes that land on your head and scare the **** outta you though. So that is good :)

What's OSSO? The one sound effect that impressed me the most the last time I played was the thunder from S&S. Is OSSO really much better than that? Then it must be fantastic indeed?

That's the http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5861.

My vote remains http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=OblivionMods.Detail&id=4400 for the best (though someone once complained that it was no good on a hi def system - sounds great on mine and better than OSSO).
