Where to find scaled armour...

Is there anywhere i can find it?

depends on your level. eventually it will start popping up in caves/chests/bandits etc. i didnt start seeing it till around level 20 iirc. if you want it before that you probably have to craft it.

I know that one of the dudes at the start of the DB questline is wearing scaled armor. You can kill him and take it.

kill the db leader at beginning, her armor is better, and she has pimp dagger.
