ok so i finally got round to completing the civil quest line to get the last 2 achievments for the game thus far. but at which point do the NPC's realise the war has ended and change thier diologue. i spoke with Elisef the fair about being made high queen and she says after the war has ended and all other NPC's still think the war is going on. have i missed something (say like finding all enemy camps) that triggers the change or do they never change?

Never changes.

And enemy camps still have unkillable Legates in them, total bummer. It was a major disappointment it didn't relly affect the game world in almost any way at all.
