Prior to the patch (on the 360) I had a few dragons fail to burn up and give me their SOULS!! That was on 1.2. Since 1.3 last night, I've only killed two dragons, and both gave up their souls and burned, so while I may still run into the problem, I haven't yet.
I restarted due to one quest glich which managed to wreck both the civil war AND the main quest... wow. I went 170 hours in that character. I hope they fix it at some point, because I really liked how that character evolved. Redoing it now, with some changes and still having a lot of fun... point is, only have one house and I've never worried about decorating my virtual spaces, so I've no idea if the bookshelf glitch is still there, and I haven't tried any weapons racks. Needless to say, those issues were the least of my worries.
Never had much issue with the resistances problems either, because I almost never played with any resistances. I'd rarely use a potion for frost or fire resistance, otherwise, I just dealt with the damage or reload and try another tactic. Being a werewolf and catching a disease bugged me. And having the lightfoot perk and yet stepping on traps occasionally going off, UNPREDICTABLY was bothersome. Otherwise, no big.
I'm not really aware of any other code bugs coming up post patch at this point. So I'm happy for now. I can't wait till they get to the scripting bugs though. My first character's inability to continue down the two main story arcs was killing me. Somehow, all that exploration and the acquisition of new powers/shouts/skills etc. seemed to lose their flavor when I was no longer able to have a purpose (without heavy roleplaying). I must say, Berserk as a power kicks the crap out of Adrenaline Rush. Adrenaline Rush in Oblivion was good, but in Skyrim, I used it only one time. Berserk on the otherhand has me making sure that 24 hours have gone since my last foray into the world so that I can use it again. Life saver and just BAD ASS.
