Khajit voice acting is awesome

D'jinn certainly agrees. Her voice is what could be called strange by some, beautiful by others, but interesting, by all. D'jinn likes you, Arks4. She believes you have good taste in voices, like the one D'jinn has.

Khajiit are the only one with distinct voices these days. Everyone else is either American or Ahnuld. Which svcks.

I miss the times when the Dunmer were raspy, and the Altmer had the haughty inflections, and the Orcs were proper beastly.

Of course, there were also times when Argonians and Khajiit were digitigrade and actually looked like proper beastmen. Vistha'Kai anyone? Coolest armored raptor this side of Jurassic Park.

I'm getting nostalgic.

I do love the accent, which makes me love the Khajiit even more!

Don't change a thing about the Khajiit, Bethesda. :tes: You nailed it, except for the exclusion of marryable Khajiit. :sadvaultboy:

I believe the Male Khajitt voice acting is done by Jon Curry, who did an incredible job with the Khajitt and some of the Redguards. He voiced Zevran in Dragon Age Origins.

I think you're right, I played DA:O a lot and thought I recognised his voice when talking to some of the Khajiit in Skyrim.

I agree, the Khajiit's voice acting is FAR better then it was in Oblivion, not only that, they seem to be alot friendlier then they were in TES4, they are my favourite race.

Most improved race in Skyrim is Khajiit, IMO. Really like what Bethesda have done with them.

Wow, really? Does that include traders? (Probably does, they seem to make up most of them). It does sadden me a bit that there are so few Khajiit in Skyrim, they look so cool and it's boring having almost all Nords. I tend to stick around the East side ofthe map, where there are at least a few Argonians.

You wouldn't happen to have stats for the population of all races, would you?

I agree! If I can find any voice actors that can do the voice well, I will certainly be adding some in my mod. :D

I still have my doubts we'll EVER see Pelentine/Anequina (The nations formerly known as Elsweyr). The lore guys have dug themselves too much of a hole with the Khajiit races thing. It means they'll need at least half a dozen new skeletons for the different khajiit morphs, including digitgrade ones (Morrowind style), and it opens a can of worms as to whether players can choose those sub-races.

Of course, the storytelling aspects are quite hilarious...

Imagine meeting a khajiit and his "little sister" - whereby his "little sister" is an 8ft tall, 2 ton senche-raht battle cat - not to mention the possibility of a senche-raht companion who doubles as a mount when you're not fighting on foot. Elsweyr is an intresting place executed properly, but would they want to invest the time and effort into the art assets for a race that many people have little love for?

Unless Bethesda reboots Elder Scrolls with fewer Khajiit types.

The Female sounds like the Female Ghoul voice from Fallout 3, also well done too.

I never had the chance to play Fallout 3 but the voice does sound a lot like Arroyo's Village Elder in Fallout 2. Was that the same person? I do agree that the voice work was excellent except for the male pc's power attacks. Sounds like he is sneezing violently.

Even if they pull another dragon break, they have the problem that the khajiit and their link to lorkhan seems to grant them a degree of immunity (The khajiit were seemingly unaffected by the dragon break and documented the weirdness that transpired), which is rather unfortunate... having an in-universe retcon device, and then making a race immune to it ;p
