OK, none of my characters can regenerate magicka. At all. And none of them regenerate it after resting. I don't want this feature, and I'd like to know which of my mods is causing it. I tried turning off lots of mods, but it still won't regen, these are my mods:

1. Are you sure you aren't using the Atronach birthsign?

2. Have you BOSSed your load order?

Do you have the lastest version of OBSE?

nGCD needs 0017 or higher to handle magicka regen.

100% sure. It's happened to warriors with the warrior sign, etc.
