Want to buy a second house becuase the one in whiterun does not have an archane enchanter. Question is which house. Here are my key requirements

...easy access - be able to fast travel to city and not have to walk far to access house. (whiterun is great that way)
...near shops - want to be able to grab stuff from house and access shops quickly to sell it
...lots of storage options - i like to seperate my stuff

So with those as my major concerns which do you recommend?
