Is it possible to rotate the camera in third person view so that you can be looking at your character's face? I want to take a screenshot of her. I remember in Morrowind and Oblivion you could rotate the camera, I think by holding down the mouse wheel, but that doesn't seem to work in Skyrim.

I might be misunderstanding what you are asking, but don't you just stand still and it lets you pan around?

You can't point the camera aqt yourself if your weapon is equipped. Sheath your weapon and you can.
