I have the PC version and need to know if the lag spike Im getting is normal... Id REALLY appreciate if someone with an Xbox 360 could quickly test this for me. This lag isn't bad but slightly noticeable... maybe 27fps or somthin

So when looking at Whiterun from near top for the steps to Dragonsreach I get a dip in lag... the game is smooth everywhere else.

I also get it when looking down on Markarth... does anyone get this when playing on the Xbox 360?

or do other PC gamers get this too?

what CPU do you have? Could be that your CPU is rendering more when you reach the top,

No, I don't get that sort of problem, and I'm sure others don't have the problem neither.

But one question, why get us to test it?

I get noticable slowdowns in Markath due to the water effects. When looking at the town from the gate and wandering left the FPS drops as the water comes in to view spilling over the waterfalls. In Whiterun performance is excellent and I havent noticed any slowdown, particularly where you mentioned. Im up and down those stairs all the time and its pretty damn smooth FPS every time.
