I haven't heard much love for Dunmer around here so this thread will hopefully change that. Ever since my 2nd character's save got corrupted and I didn't like my 1st character, I tried playing a Dunmer for my 3rd character and I'm hooked. I'm greatly intrigued by all the things that happened to them. Vvardenfell destroyed, argonians conquer the whole province, refugees flee to Solstheim and Skyrim. It really gives a lot of opportunies for role playing a Dunmer and makes them more interesting than they were in Oblivion. Also, I'm glad Bethesda took inspiration for the Dunmer character models from Morrowind and not Oblivion because they looked hideous in Oblivion.

So who here is a Dunmer? What is your Dunmer's backstory, motives, goals, or anything else you'd like to share about him/her? If you want you can link a picture of him/her. I'm interested to hear about your character because I don't hear much of people who play them.

I'd post my Dunmer's backstory but I have trouble putting it into words so maybe later I will post it.

I almost made a dunmer, but they're too damn ugly. Those eyebrow tumors on their foreheads are a bit disturbing. If we could remove those then I'd consider it.
