After the i installed the patch and about 3 hours in. I came out of vault 19 and every character in the game was floating across the ground. Any human character in the game even I all looked like we had hover boots on. Then if any 2 characters would touch they would get stuck together and do like a tango looking dance LAG thing.

so i turned off the game and tried loading a old save. It worked till about 3 more hours of play then the same thing happen when i came out of Box cave i think is the name and it happen all over.

Any one else have this problem after or before patch came out?
