I'm looking to add a hunger/thirst type of mod to my Oblivion install after finding out how awesome this was in Fallout Wanderer's Edition.

What are the popular mods that do this to Oblivion? Are there any that work along the lines of Primary Needs from Fallout 3? I'm looking for ones with configurable INIs, if at all possible.
