Hello ladies and gentlemen,

I apologize if someone else has already suggested this type of a DLC. Also if I get the lore or terminology wrong cut me a bit of slack.

Since Xbox/PS3 might not have mods this is what I would like.

~It's good to be the Jarl~
The premise is you are named as a new Jarl in Skyrim, in your honor a new city is resurrected for you to rule over. Some of the greatest merchants and citizens flock to your new city to be your subjects.

You would receive a castle to call your own with albeit amenities of a ruler. These would include:
- Hall of Arms with over 50 mannequins and weapon racks.
- all blacksmithing tools inside the hall of arms
- complete Enchanting and Alchemy facilities
- house Carl and guards to do your bidding and who overlook ALL of your bad deeds (Stormcloaks or Legion)
- and all things wizardry room
- library minus the Dewey decimal system
- a dark den to plot your bad deeds, and someone to fence stolen goods
- at Temple for worship
- bards to sing your tales
- horse stable
- commission statues of you, because you are awesome
- a magic stone to change your appearance (maybe you have to donate)
- a magic stone to change your perks (maybe you have to donate alot)
- a service to move your items from your other houses to you castle (perhaps they arrive in a chest)
- A visit from Todd Howard, he could be a companion. Toddus Howards... the Third (what race would he be?)
- collect taxes, Give me MY Money!
- Maybe a way to divorce my wife, I am sick of her cooking.
- Castle upgrades and choice of colors and mascot.
- Animal taxonomy like in Oblivion.

And some missions, you know defend your Keep etc. Or Mission Tortillas, whatever you like more.

I am sure I am missing something, feel free to chime in.
Ps. I would pay money money money, Mooooneeey for this!
