Sneak- I have no idea how this levels. I pickpocket constantly, and I always sneak through dungeons, but I don't know exactly what makes it increase.

Alchemy-I make tons of potions and poisons, but it levels at snails pace. I make 100 restore stamina potions, up two levels. I make 100 iron daggers, up 30 levels in smithing. What should I do to make it level more quickly?

Alteration and Illusion- I don't use these skills because honestly, I can't see the uses for them. Can somebody recommend good alteration and illusion spells, because right now I'm looking through the spell tomes list and I'm not impressed.
