Does the Dragonrend Shout actually work for anyone? It makes the shout noise, and there are some pretty cool special effects. But it DOES NOT force the dragon to land. And I hit it, because it has a blue aura around the dragon, after it hits, like it was doing SOMETHING. But the damn dragons just keep flying. I've tried it many times now, with many different dragons. Seems to be no actual effect.

Actually it DOES make it land, IF you're in a place where he would land.

But quite frankly that's not its true use. It's only meant to slay IMMORTAL dragons, and there are only 2 that I know of
