Dragon AI is a joke.

It's true, and I hate bashing good games.

Just saw Alduin ressing a named frost blood dragon, got two hits in, then it proceeded to fly off chasing a pack of ice wolves, and lost 85% of its health fighting the wolves. Playing on master.

Dragons basically don't attack the player unless EVERY living rabbit, wolf, deer and mudcrab is dead in the area unless you are the first thing it saw. Making dragons switch targets is a good concept when with followers and guards, so it doesn't just stick to lydia the entire fight. But atleast make a RABBIT not count as an enemy. It's kinda lame when you are almost getting killed by a dragon when it suddenly proceeds to roast the rabbit walking past you and chase it for the next 3 minutes while you stand there awkwardly.

If you want to make someone aware of a problem you should learn how to express yourself in a constructive manner so you can be taken seriously.

You should draw its attention, they're smart and just ignore the dragonslayer and deal with threats they can kill haha

Not smart. If a dragon slayer is able to kill a dragon that is focused on attacking him, then it would be a lot easier for said dragon slayer to kill the dragon when it's attention is elsewhere. In that respect, I'm inclined to agree with the OP.
