Where is the customer service?

Where is the customer service?Why arent they giveing us daily updates as to regards how the new patches are going dosent take them long to post something does it?Everyone just keeps comeing to this forum to hope and pray a new patch is out.Come on Bethesda/Obsidian keep your customers informed of how things are going instead of leaving us in the dark.

It's not being critical, it's called trying to keep the forums threads to a minimum so if Betheseda is actually reading the forums they can find the topics easier. =)

To be fair, I doubt the unfortunate souls charged with providing status updates (and dealing with the forum populace in general) have that on their plate as their sole responsibility. Chances are these poor bastards have to balance actually working on the problems and providing notification, and if something has to give it's going to be the latter (that's just business). If that's the case, I'm ok with that.

Honestly, if customer service is what you're looking for, find an e-mail address or phone number and try to get in touch with someone. Ranting here certainly isn't going to do you any good.
