I guess there are already threads dealing with this, but I was'nt able to find them....some fast replies will work for me, then the thread can be forgotten again.

1) I don't now exactly when this occured, but I can't use my absorbed dragon souls (got 12) for new shouts...how can I fix that?

2) I don't get the "master criminal" achievement. I had a visit to every city as a werwolf and got a bounty of 1000, but nothing popped up. Any solutions?

I'm playing on a XBox Slim 250GB, with 1.3, cache never deleted, no other huge bugs or problems occured so far.

please help me...
