Testing: I'm level 1 out of the sewer I do "coc FortAshExterior" and the leveled Highwayman there only has (checked via getav):

63 of health
36 of blunt
51 of strength

while the CS says he should be at least level 5 (Calc Min 5, Calc Max 0, PC Level Offset checked).
How do I check his actual level/what's going on via his Ref ID? Something is wrong here...
