Uh well hi^^;

I decided I was going to start my Breton mage Democ up again in anticipation for Skyrim, and I need a little bit of help.

First of all I've completed the Mage's guild questline and enchanted my clothes and rings with Intelligence and Willpower *Clothes, not robes* and I have like 565 Magicka and I regenerate it at a decent rate, but I feel like it could be more @_@

I'm level 9 and don't really plan on leveling up much further, so is there anyone I can increase my Intelligence and Willpower further? *Without leveling of course*

I also have the Necromancer's Amulet *Thanks UESP *

If its maximum magicka you're looking for, I believe it's better to enchant with Fortify Magicka, rather than Fortify Intelligence.

Put down the staff, pick up a battle ax.
