Hi. I am trying to create a Table Top RPG campaign for a few of my friends, set in present day Tamriel with them trying to reconquer Morrowind for the Dunmer. But I have no idea what areas of Morrowind are controlled by which factions. We are thinking of starting near the northern most part bordering skyrim.
