I have a 32bit vista and when I put the MW GOTY (official hard copy, not Steam) disc in the computer won't recognize it. It recognized an audio cd, Crysis, Tribunal and I uninstalled Dragon Age and got it's installer up. One time after it recognized Tribunal I quickly put MW disc in and it seen it, but ended up freezing. The cd isn't horribly scratched or disfigured and when I 1st bought the GOTY I don't remember having any problems installing it.

After google'ing it and finding only a few ppl had this same problem, most ppl suggest it's prob a bad dvd drive, but then why would it recognize other discs w/no problems? One guy posted "ah, got it working", but didn't go on to explain, which is making me hope there's a work around.

After injecting Skyrim for a couple weeks straight I'm dying to replay MW with MOSG 2.0 and revisit the lore I never paid attention to. I'm almost ready to just get it on Steam, but it seems vista users have many problems there also. Any advise is well appreciated.
