I mean, the first time I saw someone using it when I started Crysis2, I called it hacks.
Then I started using it myself and was simply amazed on the fact that I could become Neo in an FPS. Eventually, it came to the point where I find this "perk" too cheap to be played with. I laughed today when I was aiming at someone with his ass on fire switching left to right. I'm losing interest in C2 but then again, it's nothing new.
