I've seen all the other posts about using HDMI (which I am) and frame rates being locked at 24 htz, which happens to me until I turn vsync off then on again... at least that's what it did about 3 months ago. I'm not sure why my fps is capped now at 37 with vsync off or on. It also doesn't matter what setting I disable or what resolution I play at. What's going on here? Has something changed with the nvidia drivers or has some update with the game screwed this up even worse?
