Why Doesn't Anyone Play the DLC!!!

Over the past year I have had some issues with my local ISP so my internet has been out. Since November of this year I have recently re-aquired my internet. Upon doing so I got to indulge in all the games that I never got a chance to play online. Crysis 2, one of my favorites, being one of them. I wouldn't go as far as to say I'm bored with the Standard maps, however, I am a firm believer that the more diversity you have within the game the longer you stay interested. And Crysis 2 is def. a game I'd like to play for a while, especially since I missed out in the early days of its release. So yesterday I used a Playstation Network Card I got for Christmas, and figured I'd buy the Decimation and Retaliation DLC add-ons. After dropping the $20 on the two packages, to my surprise I can't find a game, or get anyone to join my session. I messaged a few gamers I was playing with later on in the standard maps about this issue and they didn't seem to know a whole lot about it. So here I am! I just want to know why doesn't anyone play the DLC for this game is too buggy? Are there so may issues with the regular game that it kind of shied away gamers from buy the DLC? Or are people just plain satisfied with the regular maps? It svcks for me cuz I'm $20 in the hole and I don't even get to enjoy what I spent my money on. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated! Also is the Crysis full game download worth it?
