So, in a Software Engineering cycle, it ends with support; post-release date aid to users. For some reason, a large majority of your support, next to all of it, is absolutely gone. I know the game didn't do as well as you had hoped, and it is dying slowly, but is there anything that I can do as a contributor to the community to help in any way to motivate Crytek to release just 1 more patch to fix the abundant bugs?
Please, I've been living on hope for a while now, and you've literally never responded to anything I've ever asked you. Please, just answer this question be it nothing that I can do, or something.
And in a little bit, he actually responded!
Hi Sdub,
Thanks for the support offer. We are still actively promoting Crysis related content through social network channels, and of course running gamesas.
In terms of technical support EA are always available to help, in terms of game patches there is not much I can say that has not already been said many times before in the forums. All the issues raised by users have been collected and relayed to everyone that needs to know about them. Unfortunately with no new developments on this matter, there is nothing I can share with the community at this time.
Best Regards,
Cry-Tom
It's really nice to know that they're actually paying attention and doing at least what they can do to help us out. If anything, it seems like EA has a strangle hold on them in terms of development.
