When call of duty black ops first shipped the game had 100% cpu usage and it was choppy.

My crysis 2 has 100% cpu usage with patch 1.9 dx9 or dx11 right as the game loads first level u dont even have to move around u can see the smoke and even the tree's are moving choppy and my framerate isnt low either.

FIX THIS GODDAMN ISSUE.
