I was playing a CS game on Skyline. I was killed. When I respawned I decided to throw the grenade on the CS, which was on the roof, and I was in the gardens.

Lucky throw, which I was extremely sure wouldn't kill anybody, I was wrong.

First it was Busted, then it was Double Kill, all of a sudden Triple, then I believe was Psycho, then relentless, and I think I am missing another one.
