Is this possible, to take "Foot fetish" and "Marathon man"?

I cant find any information. Is this possible to take Foot Fetish and Marathon Man dogtags?

You can't get foot fetish anymore. They removed the hit detection for feet. Dunno what stands marathon man stands for. Guess it has to do with feet as well huh?

slightly off-topic, Anyone else have trouble with the L337 assessment? i've gotten a bunch of headshots on ppl with deflection. they don't count for anything. -__-

I dont have 2 of the modules unlocked as per crysis bugs :D so i cant never get that tag ...

A reboot could fix it. It did for me when I missed some unlocks.
