My girlfriend gave me the game for Christmass And I Play the Single Player all this time.

Once I complete the game, I want to play the Multiplayer but... I Cant!

All the time i Trying and it the same thing:

(The game is in Spanish)

I Contac with the EA Support and they told me the problem is in the count on MyCrisis, So I need to contact with him. I Do.

And After 2 Months I Have Nothing...

So, I Decide to Create a New Account because if the problem is my Count, Well, I Fix that with that I Thinking... but i have the same problem again and again...

So, Anything (Admin Specially) know the Fix? The game is Fully Updated.

Try creating a new account here on gamesas, then launch your game, skip the log-in screen, create a new singleplayer profile, and then click multiplayer and log in with your new account.

Otherwise check your internet settings.

No it's not. I have the same problem and I can enter in my code and I still get the same error.
