So, im finally reached reboot 5 now, and i simply can't unlock 3 of the standard classes and some perks and weapons.
My stealth is un lvl 12 maximum and the jammer perk is still locked.
Same for energie and point fire enhance.

Does sb know why that is?

After another game restart it was fixed, lol!
