I really need to speak to cry-tom about my cd key.

I recently upgraded my system and uninstalled everything properly. I deactivated my copy of crysis 2 and everything. Built my new system and went to install crysis 2, the time came to put in my cd key and I did. Now it's saying that my activation limit has been reached! I've only had it on one pc and thats it! I tried contacting EA but since they are all robots you can only contact them online at help.ea.com, but for some reason I keep getting the message that this service in temporarily unavailable. So what should I do? I was a lvl 45! Almost there. Any info would be much appreciated.

What are the three kinds, cuz I've tried three different phone number and they are all automated and none of them patch me to a real person.

Well I finally got a hold of a real person. I had to lie about why I was calling though. I just picked a different game from the options and I told the guy I lied but that it was the only way to get in touch with an actual person. He laughed but was more than willing to help me. They also have no idea that help.ea.com was not working right. I told him the issue and he said they would address it immediately. I also suggested an easier way of getting in touch with a real person and he laughed. Maybe a little harder than he should have...
