hi i had to install my windows from factory settings and wipe my hole hard drive as i had problems getting it to start now when i installed crysis 2 if was fine up unil i tried to install my map packs i paid for but the store ingame does not work and when i clicked onto gamesas to start up the web page to redeem my code (which buy the way also does not work) i could see my payment history and when i clicked on that it said i could download from there but here is where my problem is when if finishes it says the file cant be extrated because the file is corrupt i tried a number of times to download it but still cant get it to work please what iam i doing wrong?

The file is not corrupt, as that is, in fact, not a real ZIP file. You need to follow the instructions on how to install the DLC to the letter.
