Is there a mod to raise the cap requirement to get on strip? I have a mod with all loot turned down and harder barting, but still had 2000 caps at lvl 4.

Khajiit is shocked that one would turn away money so quickly. Perhaps this one has grown insane amongst such glowing lands.
