I recently had to uninstall and reinstall Steam and my games because of some issues that I was having. Now that it is fixed. I cannot not get FOMM to work. I have Windows 7 and the UAC is turned off so that isn’t the issue. Still, I keep getting an “exception error message” and it won’t even open. From the looks of the comment section in http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=36901 others are having similar issues.

In addition, some mods like “BEWARE OF GIRL Type 3 HiRez HiDetailed Replacer” won’t install using the Nexus Mod Manager either. Moreover, I cannot install "Shiloh Dessert Succumbus" with the Nexus Mod Manager either. Do you suppose the modders of these two particular mods have abandoned them. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thank you.

Someone in the FOMM thread at Nexus posted a link to a fixed 13.21 version of FOMM last year if you can find it.

I still use the 13.10 version of FOMM which you can http://sourceforge.net/projects/fomm/files/Fallout%20mod%20manager%20%280.13%20series%29/0.13.10/ and I've never seen any of these weird errors and crashes that so many people are having with the current version. This one shouldn't give any problems when installing Desert Succubus either. The author has been absent from the community for well over a year so it isn't likely to ever be updated to work with the Nexus mod manager. I haven't taken a look at the BOG fomod but I'm willing to bet that FOMM 13.10 will install it.
