TES 6 Heavily Stylized

I feel as though oblivion and skyrim were slightly to generic. I loved the world greatly but everything was still pretty bland. Also how realistic it looks may finally be taking away from the game because it doensnt leave much to the imagination nor does it have very inspirational/awe-inspiring places except a few.

Would the next installment benefit from a much more artistic approach? Thye races should still be much more unique and different. I am thinking of possible cel shading maybe to a small degree and night should be a dense black with only light sources being seen through it, if in a woods. The moons obviously keep up some visibility.

Creatures should be more crazy. I was thinking of a raven humanoid with tendrils and feathers and such that hide way on top of cavern walls and drop down behind you, or fly right into your face freaky as hell. I wouldnt mind some twisted woods with wildly distorted trees and such that are home to foul creatures

any ideas?

Only palce that would have that would be Ashlands, so we ain't gonna see this anymore. Eventually blackmarsh, hopefully.
