I have a i7quad chip with win 7 64 and I played fallout 3 Singly but when I wanted to play the add ons It required a Patch . When I restarted I got a 5360 error. I then uninstalled the program. I reinstalled and still got the 5360 error. I tryed to use the repair and we wont go there. After some hours I got back to normal Right now ihe program is in a box.. I may try my X P Sp3 machine.

It has nothing to do with your OS. That error means you need to update GFWL as described in http://www.gamesas.com/topic/892715-troubleshooting-tips/page__view__findpost__p__15230022 post.
